1. Introduction

Welcome to ClayNest! We are excited to have you join us for pottery classes in our cozy studio located in Switzerland. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

To register for a class, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +41 033 826 00 07. Payment for the class must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Your spot in the class is not guaranteed until payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the class. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this time frame. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Class Materials

All necessary materials for the class will be provided by ClayNest. Any materials created during the class will remain the property of ClayNest.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, ClayNest is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the class. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to release ClayNest from any liability.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the class. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.

7. Changes to Classes

ClayNest reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. If a class is rescheduled, participants will have the option to attend the new date or receive a full refund.
